SEO Project Manager

Kraków, Poland

Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SEO Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

 

Essential requirements

  • 5+ years of experience SEO, Web Development or a similar field.
  • Experience in managing SEO/ Web Dev projects, including ensuring quality of work, meeting deadlines, and fostering team cooperation.
  • Master’s Degree in IT, or related field would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, allocate resources appropriately, and track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Team Leadership: Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Lead and motivate the project team to achieve high performance.
  • Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring high levels of quality.

Recruitment stages

  • CV screening. Your CV will be viewed by the HR Manager.  
  • 1st Interview. If you meet the job requirements, you will receive an invitation to the 1st interview with the HR Manager on Microsoft Teams.
  • Aptitude Test. If the interview goes well, you will be asked to complete an online test, which will verify your capabilities required for the job.
  • 2nd Interview. If you pass the test, you will be invited to the 2nd interview with the Hiring Manager on Microsoft Teams.
  • Final Interview. If the 2nd interview goes well, you will be invited to the final interview with a company owner on Microsoft Teams.

*All the interviews will be conducted online through Microsoft Teams.
