SEO Specialist (OFF-SITE)

Krakow / Remote


As an Off-Site SEO Specialist within our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective off-site SEO strategies to enhance our clients' search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Your main responsibilities will include conducting backlink analysis and build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach and partnerships. You will report directly to the Off-Site SEO Manager. 


Essential requirements

  • Proven experience as an Off-Site SEO Specialist or similar role within a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Extensive experience with backlink analysis and link-building strategies.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and outreach skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Advanced level of English.


Nice to have

  • Experience managing SEO for multiple clients within an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of on-site SEO and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Experience with social media marketing and its impact on SEO.



  • Develop and implement off-site SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic for multiple clients.
  • Conduct backlink analysis and build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyse competitors' backlink profiles to identify opportunities for our clients.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce and promote shareable content that supports link-building efforts.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with external partners, bloggers, and influencers for link-building purposes.
  • Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of off-site SEO efforts using various tools and metrics, providing clients with clear insights.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
  • Ensure all off-site SEO activities adhere to search engine guidelines and industry best practices.

Recruitment stages

  • CV screening. Your CV will be viewed by the HR Manager.  
  • Aptitude Test. You will be asked to complete an online test and a work-related assignment, which will verify your capabilities required for the job.
  • 1st Interview. If you meet the job requirements, you will receive an invitation to the 1st interview with the HR Manager on Microsoft Teams
  • 2nd Interview. If we find you a good match for the job during the first call, you will be invited to the 2nd interview with the Hiring Manager on Microsoft Teams.

*All the interviews will be conducted online through Microsoft Teams.
