We are an international marketing agency seeking a Customer Service Representative with proficiency in German and English to provide exceptional support to our clients.
In this role, you’ll be working side-by-side with others from the team ensuring top-notch service delivery through email correspondence and occasional phone calls. You’ll be reporting directly to our Account Manager.

Essential requirements
- 1-3 years’ customer support experience.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in challenging situations.
- Problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and find effective solutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP and Zendesk.
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer support to clients in both German and English via email and occasional phone calls.
- Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.

Recruitment stages
- CV screening. Your CV will be viewed by the HR Manager.
- 1st Interview. If you meet the job requirements, you will receive an invitation to the 1st interview with the HR Manager.
- Aptitude Test & Job-related assignment. If the interview goes well, you will be asked to complete an online test and an assignment, which will verify your capabilities required for the job.
- 2nd Interview. If you pass the test, you will be invited to a 2nd interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Final Interview. If the 2nd interview goes well, you will get an invitation to the final interview with a company owner.
*All the interviews will be conducted online through Microsoft Teams.
